What are our Frequently Answered Questions?
A. REGISTRATION
Q1: Do I have to register as a user?
A: No, you don’t if you are just surveying our services or asking for a quote. If you
intend to purchase a service, you are encouraged to register as a user to enjoy
loyalty points that may be used for your next service purchase.
B. QUOTES
Q1: How many service quotes can I get?
A: There is no limit to the number of services you want quoted. Each quote shall be
valid for a period of 3 months. As such, please make sure the quotes are current
when you decide to subscribe to a service.
Q2: How long do I have to wait to get a quote?
A: It should be within 24 hours for our standard services. For non-standard services
in the nature of consulting/advisory work, it may take up to 2 – 3 days.
C. SUBSCRIBING FOR A SERVICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Q1: How do I subscribe for a service?
A: The quotation will have an acknowledgement section. Signing on it as acceptance
will subscribe you to the service.
Q2 : How fast can I get the service?
A: This will depend on the service subscribed and your business requirements. We
will facilitate the negotiations between you and the service provider on your needs
and timelines on deliverables.
Q3: What are the payment terms?
A: Typically, there will be a mobilisation fee of between 30 – 50% depending on the
type of service subscribed and the Service Provider; with the balance to be paid
upon completion of the promised deliverables.
Q4: Is Cowork going to guarantee the quality of work delivered?
A: No, Cowork’s role is that of a facilitator. The Client may be required by the Service
Provider to sign a separate contract with them. The Deliverables/Outcomes and
Timelines will be negotiated between the Client and the Service Provider.
D. TERMINATION
Q1: Can I terminate a subscribed service?
A: This depends on the Service Provider especially if you have made payment. If you
have not, we can’t stop you from terminating a subscribed service.

Q1: Do you accept collaborations with a service provider?
